[InHam] SB 109 passes Indiana House by 97-2 majority!

On Monday April 14, SB 109 was passed by a 97-2 vote in 
the Indiana House of Representatives.  The bill now goes to 
a Legislative Conference Committee to "iron out" the differ-
ences between the Senate passed and House passed 
versions.  There is a possibility that the 75' height limitation
before counties and municipalities can regulate Amateur 
Radio antennas may be put back into the House passed 
version of the bill.  In any case, this bill with the essence of 
PRB-1 will very likely be sent to the Governor's desk for 
signature, and become part of the Indiana statutes on 
July 1, 2003.
