Guess some gremlins crept into my original bulls.
1. OUTSTANDING AMATEUR OF THE YEAR 2001 - (correction)
For 2001 should read Lee Kissell K9GPS Lawrenceburg.
Hope I got it right this time.
2. MERITORIOUS SERVICE AWARD - (addition)
Dan Mulford K9MX (formerly KA9DZM) received the
Meritorious Service Award from the IRCC in 1990
or 1992 signed by KA9RNY and K9ET. Dan further
states there is no date recorded on the award.
