[InHam] ARRL Mail

I've been using the ARRL forwarding service for quite some time. I started
using it as soon as they created the service. I haven't had any problems.
I just sent a message from my ISP through my ARRL forwarding account which
was then forwarded back to my ISP (I rarely talk to myself, honest! ). The
message took 15 seconds to get to ARRL then back to me.
