Can any body help with this....
I remember seeing something that had 73 listed as an ARL radiogram
number for "Best Wishes and regards to you and yours" or something like
that. However, when I look for this on the ARRL website it is not there
on the list of numbered radio grams. Did I hallucinate this and by
saying 73 on the air I am breaking FCC rules because it is no longer a
published numbered message? Also 88 "Hugs and kisses" ain't there too
which I know several couples that say this one.
Is it published but the ARRL website, in particular FSD-3 only publish
the more formal number messages. Would figure it would cover them
all....
