        See, this is why I appreciate the info that is posted here. Even
though I live in Texas, I visit family in Indiana once or twice a year.
In the past, I have been afforded the opportunity to use some of the
repeaters in Indiana. The Columbus repeater is one of them. Folks in
Indiana have been kind enough to make local telephone calls in Columbus,
and Shelbyville to inform my family I am near (mostly before the common
use of cellphones). I greatly appreciate the kindness offered each time.
I also greatly appreciate the info on this list, and the pages linked to
it. I do still ask for a phone call to be made from time to time, to try
to get my family interested in Ham Radio, and it's use and pleasures.
