[ILQSO] ILQP LOGS

Taking a bit of a break from examining  logs.  Here's why not everyone has
received log receipt confirmation:

If we set up a true "robot" (which we may do next year....) to auto respond
to e-mails sent to my address:

Every email gets the same response: LOG RECEIVED    This makes no sense to
anyone sending me an e-mail that has nothing to do with ILQP.  Okay, so we
need a separate email address.  We can do that.

If all e-mails sent to THAT address get a LOG RECEIVED response, that
response goes to those who simply ask questions ro make comments without
attaching a log.

Those who send and .adi file (which we can't use), the log for last year's
CQWW RTTY contest (yes, it happens) a log with missing information
(hello....did you send "IL" to everyone for did  you sent your county???),
the log for LAST YEAR's ILQP,  or any other file we can't process, get the
same response, which means at some point we have to go back and ask for
something else.

The way I'm doing this now, I catch MOST of those and can ask for
additional information before the deadline for log submission has passed.
