[ILQSO] Use of club calls?

Can Club calls be shared by multiple stations in different locations? If
so, are there any limitations on how many simultaneous signals they can
use? Can they operate from more than one county at the same time? How
should their logs be submitted?

This question came to me as I was doing some outreach to POTA operators in
the southern part of the state. I tried looking at the archives and there
isn't any really clear guidance.
