[ILQSO] activity map updates and corrections

I think I have all the additions and corrections but please check and make sure what you have indicated is correct on the activity map. I was a little confused with a couple of similar call signs planning to be in the same county, but I finally found the emails I needed to confirm I was not going bonkers (at least any worse than usual).
