[ILQSO] 2025 ILQP plans

I am in Coles county so have that covered.
10-80m SSB&CW

IF any surrounding counties aren’t covered near the date I could expand 1-2 away if needed.

Also,  I do have a location that is tri-corner for moultrie,Shelby, and Coles co but would need advanced planning for that.
