[ILQSO] WTSD - N9EAT; cluster spotting bot

I'll be active from Whiteside with my fixed station SSB + maybe digital. 80-20, could try 15, 10, or 2 SSB/FM as well.

On a side note, I have a bot that runs during the QSO parties that scrapes various dx clusters and forwards them onto the W6RK county hunter cluster.

It should pick up any spots made in the following formats (with Cook as an example):
