[ILQSO] ILQP activity

Not very much activity being mentioned on here recently, but I have added a couple more stations to the activity map.

There are always a large number of stations that are active in a lot of our unclaimed counties that are always on, but it is nice to know who they are ahead of time, or a variety of reasons. If you plan to get on and have not indicated so, please do. If you know for certain of any stations planning to be on, encourage them to share their plans with our group.
