[ILQSO] ILQP logs

ILQP logs have been received and are being processed.  369 logs were
submitted with a total of 52747 QSOs.

Two logs were mailed.  Beginning in 2026, ALL LOGS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN
ELECTRONIC format, either as Cabrillo files or Excel files.  Anyone with a
computer can either use a free logging program or type their handwritten
log into Excel faster than I can!  (end of rant....)

All in all, entrants are getting MUCH better at submitting logs that don't
require much work on our part!  Thank you!!

Processing continues.....

I'll post an updated list of logs received in the next few days.  Bottom
line is that if you sent it, I should have acknowledged it by return
email....
