[ILQSO] bonus stations

I only had a very short time to get on for ILQP this year so I did not work any bonus stations.  But my feeling is, if WIARC members enjoy running the bonus stations, then do it, no matter what others feel like.  WIARC puts a lot of time and effort into the contest so if it’s enjoyable for members, do it.
