Ken, I'm just getting back home from a 3-week trip and trying to pick up the
pieces....

The list to which you are referring was created by someone outside the ILQP
committee.  It is a "good list" for reference to county names and "official"
abbreviations, but I have NO idea why some of the names are listed in
red....

We always welcome ops from out of state, and their help is critical in our
annual efforts to get all 102 counties on the air during ILQP!  Anything you
can do will be much appreciated!

Please send all planned activity information either here to the reflector,
to me at n9jf at arrl.net or to Danny, W9DP at w9dpham at gmail.com  (Danny keeps
the activity map updated as we get closer to the event.)

Hello all.  My son, KC9GLR and I are thinking of heading across the state
line to operate in-state in the IL QP.  In trying to figure out where we
want to go, I see on the county list that there are several counties listed
in Red print.  What is the significance of that?
