[ILQSO] Activity map updated

The latest plans I have received for the ILQP have been added to the
activity map and it was just uploaded.

We are getting very close to our event but still plenty of time to plan a
Field Day style operation in one of the unclaimed  counties or wherever you
would like to operate from.


Our log checking robot will be out of town, but send your .cbr formatted
logs to n9jf at arrl.net and he will get to them when he can. You may not get
a log received message for a few days, but you will, eventually get a log
received message from Jim.
