Howdy!

I've been distracted the last couple of months, but the fact is that the
2023 ILQP is rapidly approaching.  It will be Sunday, October 22, 2023 at
the usual time:  1700z to 0100Z.  

Please start making your plans and post them either to this reflector or
send them directly to me n9jf at arrl.net or to w9dp at w9dp.us.  Danny will be
keeping the map updated.  

With increased sunspot activity, we should be getting back to some serious
ILQP action on the high bands.
