[ILQSO] N3FJP logging software and ILQP

I really can't say Zig, but it would be pretty easy to check.

Someone with Writelog could set up for the ILQP and enter a few made up QSO's that were with multi-county stations and produce a Cabrillo file, look at the file with a text editor and see if the multi-county QSO's are listed as a single QSO or if they are listed as one separate QSO for each county.
