[ILQSO] Additions

My YL and I checked County lines this weekend.  The original site ends up
being in an extremely remote place with very little space to park. If a
local farmer wants to move a piece of equipment through there it will not
fit with me sitting on the side.

Please add Edwards and White for me. I will need to move if there are
issues. The good news is that with nothing but gravel roads around no law
enforcement will be coming by.

It's obvious why some of these counties without a fixed station have such
low record scores!
