[ILQSO] Cluster spots for IL QSP Party

I just set up a new USER ID (MYCALL-nn) for the IL QSO Party using the free CC User program.  When I connect with N1MM with that USER ID, I will get spots from the US and Canada of only stations in IL.

You could obviously do the same for other state QSO parties or whatever.

Obviously, it only works if the IL stations are spotted on cluster nodes connected to the Reverse Beacon Network.
