[ILQSO] ILQP Sunday!

Hello ILQP,
I was hoping to operate portable in Livingston but the weather does not
look favorable. My site is an outdoor picnic shelter but, for me, it will
be too cold to be outside for a long time.
So, unless someone needs an operator somewhere, I will be operating fixed
in COOK.
