[ILQSO] N9JF/M route (proposed)

I will be Radio-Active from Knox on SSB at least - part time. (Might even
try (slow) CW also))

The ILQP will be mentioned on our Sunday evening net, (147.210+ @ 7:00pm
local (Galesburg) so there may be more activity from the surrounding area.
