[ILQSO] ILQP activity

We are only 11 days away from the 2022 ILQP and we have over half the
counties claimed. I know there are many fixed stations that will be on that
have not and probably will not post their plans and I am sure we have at
least a couple of mobiles making plans. If all the fixed stations would post
their plans early, that will give the mobiles a chance to plan their trips
and hit counties that may not be activated otherwise. There are a number of
planned portable operations but there are still many open county corners and
lines that are easy access.

The activity map has been updated with information I have collected through
this morning.

Traffic has been pretty sparse here on the reflector, hopefully everyone is
still in the planning stages and will post soon.
