[ILQSO] CORRECTION TO PORTABLE SCORES

A further researching of original log submissions has revealed that both W9D
(operators WB9SND and WB0TUA) and W9O (operators KD9LSV and AA0Z) indicated
operations as "Unlimited".  Somehow the combination or our log checking
software and my feeble brain did not catch that.  
While there has been a plaque awarded to the high-scoring IL Portable
station (regardless of category) and another to the high-scoring IL 2-County
Portable, no plaque had been planned yet for the Unlimited category.
However, WIARC will award a new plaque for 2022 to the winner of the
Unlimited category (Portable) to W9O, who narrowly defeated W9D (253112 to
247806).  
KF9D/P becomes the winner of the (traditional) IL Portable plaque for 2022,
and W9WE becomes the winner for the IL 2-County Portable Plaque.  There was
a bit of shuffling below them in both categories.  W9D will receive a new
certificate for 2nd place in the Unlimited category.
The new files for IL Portable and Plaques and Certificates will be posted to
the web shortly.

My apologies for not catching this more quickly.  "Fast" is nice; "correct"
is better.....
