A text file of planned activity by county has been added to the 2021 ILQP
files folder.

The planned activity map was updated with an addition and a couple of
corrections.

With only a few days left, there is still no announced plans for BURO, CARR,
HENR or LEE counties, all other counties have at least one station that
should be active, although many will only be active by one station and
possibly only one mode. If you know of anyone planning to operate from these
counties, or any others counties for that matter. Let us know. If you know
of someone that might be willing and able  to activate those counties,
invite them to join  in on the fun.
