[ILQSO] W9GRS ILQP Operations

Good Evening All!

The plan is to activate our school station, one way or another for ILQP
2020.  We are planning on operating from the home base of Iroquois County.
If we end up going full-time remote learning when ILQP rolls around,
perhaps I might go portable along a county line bordering IROQ...never done
that before.  Either way, IROQ will be part of it.
