[ILQSO] KJ9C quick trip to IL

Gonna make it fast, beginning in Clark Co and working south to the four 
"orphan" counties... driving the speed limit and working mostly SSB 
until I get there... If SSB is crappy (lots of line noise along this 
route in my past ILQP experience) I will try CW .... but I expect K9WX 
to cover these "fly-thru" counties better as they are on his planned route

So from the start time of 1700Z, hustling south thru CLRK, CRAW, LAWR... 
then a county line operation of LAWR/WABA at about 1900 for a half hour, 
then WABA, EDWA, to a county Line operation on EDWA/RICH At 1950 for 30 
minutes

Following that, north thru RICH, JASP, CUMB, and CLRK back to Indiana.at 
around 2300 operating mostly SSB again

Once in Indiana I will operate as N9NS/m for the 90 minutes it takes to 
get to Indy.
