Thanks to Mel, KJ9C, we now have all 102 Illinois counties spoke for, but
things happen and it is possible some of our portable, mobile and rover
stations may not be able to activate all the counties they plan on and a few
counties are only going to be activated by a single station and possibly on
a single mode, so keep posting your plans and changes.
