[ILQSO] Sign me up for Clark County

I'll be working fixed from Clark County again this year.  

The QRP effort was so successful last year that I think I'll do it
again.  Unfortunately, ILQP is not very QRP friendly; 5 watts on SSB
doesn't get far.  So I'll probably be CW only.
