Given what we think we know now, the greatest needs for coverage are in the
far southeast and in west-central.  I have my fingers crossed that someone
will cover the ones next to the Indiana border as that is a long ways from
Adams!  We really appreciate the effort, time and gas $$ contributed by the
guys and gals who come over from the Far East!

I have laid out a route that I think is possible and will cover the rest of
the "holes"....

PIKE  CALH  GREE (very briefly),  JERS (briefly), GREE (again), SCOT, MORG,
CASS, SCHY,  FULT, PEOR, STAR, MSHL.   I may tack something else onto the
end, but this looks like about all we can do.  We may duck over into BROW if
things are going well. Illinois roads were not laid out with ILQP coverage
maximized....
