[ILQSO] Where is everyone going to be?

It's September and I haven't seen many posting of station activity yet. The Activity Map isn't on the website yet. We're trying to plan down here in the Southern counties for portables and mobiles. The more we know what counties are going to have operators we can plan to cover the others.
