Just over a day and we will be on the air!
The activity map has been updated and can be seen at:

There are still a lot of unclaimed counties, but we still have a couple
planning their mobile routes and I expect quite a few of the southern-most
unclaimed counties to be covered by one or the other, but I doubt either one
will be able to activate the northernmost 5 unclaimed counties. Hopefully
there are stations that will be on that we have not heard from.
Several other counties will only have one station activating them and in
most of those cases, it will be by a mobile that may only be there for a few
minutes and possibly only on one mode, you will need to be on your toes to
catch those counties. Spotting the mobiles is very helpful but please
indicate the county they are being spotted in. The W6RK county hunting
spotter site is the best place to send and watch for spots
http://ch.w6rk.com/ but the usual DX spotting network is better than not
spotting at all.
When you are running a frequency, remember to stop and ask for mobiles every
so often. That will be good for your score and help the mobiles out as well.
