[ILQSO] activity map updated

I will be out-of-state for the ILQP this year, so I will NOT be available in
KNOX.
I will spread the word on our local 2m net looking for volunteers. Hopefully
there will be others available for KNOX.

Not sure if I will be able to take an HF with and work the party from
California, but if so, I'll  be N9VPV/6
