[ILQSO] activity map updated again

Danny and all,
Unfortunately I won't be able to take part in the ILQP this year.  Normally
we are out as a Rover and try to cover Pike and Brown line along with the
Morgan and Scott line both on phone and CW.  This year I will be in the
hospital in St Louis for a bone marrow transplant starting on the 17th and
won't be out for 3 weeks to a month.  Mike, W9RNY that normally goes out
with me has said he will be on from Morgan at home and I am going to assume
mostly CW.  Sorry I will miss it.  It's a contest that I look forward to
every year and I think we won Rover last year.
