[ILQSO] down to 4 counties

I'm trying to drum up some interest in vermilion. I will be at a weekend
long event for boy scouts and unable to get on the radio this year. There
is a 4 county corner of vermilion, Champaign, Edgar, and Douglas that will
be vacant this year. Good location for lots of points to be earned.

I've spoken to at least 3 hams in vermilion that will be on at least a
little bit during the QP. Edgar I can't offer any help on.

Seems like a lot going on this year. Wish I could make it!
