[ILQSO] planned ops

The link below has information for both the Bicentennial Challenge and ILQP itself.  I have tried to keep it updated and just uploaded the latest version.  I'd appreciate it if you would all check the link and let me know if any of the information is incorrect or incomplete or if I have omitted someone.  The only one I have that has not been included is N0AC's latest change of route.  I know there are some changes that have not been made to the map yet (K9UIY's call is incorrect in STEP) and there is a discrepancy between the listed call and the mapped call for someone I've forgotten....).  Someone else is handling the map.
