True, I suppose, but we chose the August date to start as this was the date when the Illinois Assembly adopted their constitution, and the December date for end as this was when Illinois was admitted by vote of the US Congress.   I think we will have our hands full processing logs from 10 weeks' worth of operations, counting the QSO party!
