[ILQSO] KC9I (K0ATC) Scott Silent Key

 I back up what Chuck said. Scott was a bit quiet, but very friendly, and sharp as a whip when it came to the new technology. Very sad, his passing this close to Christmas, and leaving behind a widow and little daughter. I will miss him.
