For those of us rovers/mobiles working SSB, is there a range we should
try to target in each band?  The 40-45KHz suggestion works for CW ops,
but should we be targeting 40-45 up from the bottom of the General
portion of the voice range?

Also, what's the best option for looking for ops on 2M?  I would have
thought 146.52 as well, but I've seen others mention 146.55.
