Hello

Last year was a great year for mobiles and rovers. They called about 40-45
on each band and the other categories avoided these "reserved" frequencies.
This leads to bigger scores for everyone.

I would also ask that the mobiles and rovers choose a frequency and use the
same for the duration. It is much easier to follow you as you move through
the counties.

Please keep 40m in mind for most of the contest as it is the best band for
IL based stations to find each other until it gets dark. Listen for
backscatter on 20m!
