[ILQSO] Problems with N1MM

Just enter one county as RoverQTH, then once you are at the QSO Entry
screen ender COUNTYLINE in the callsign field and it will then ask you for
the counties you are operating from. You enter them as a string separated
by commas. i.e. CHAM,VERM,IROQ

One important step is that you have to do this each time you enter the
software.
