[ILQSO] County line operations.

The reason I asked was because W9ABS and a group from Springfield have a
communications trailer that they were thinking about going out to a
campground at Lake Sangchris that is on the Christian/Sangamon County line.
The back part of the campground is 100 foot or so from the line and it's not
really feasible to set it up at the line or safe. Jess was asking if they
could do it from there and make it a campout/ILQP. Looking at the map it's
not that far to the line but it is all a wooded area.
