[ILQSO] under 3 weeks

We moved this summer, and the good news is that for the first time in
almost 3 years, I will once again have a permanent  station to operate
from. So as of right now, put me down for fixed from KANE.

If there is a *strong* need for a rover up here, I may be able to help...
But also keep in mind there are a fair number if stations who do ended up
operating that either don't know about this list, or don't have an interest
in subscribing. There's usually at least one or two stations in each of the
northern counties that will show up.
