[ILQSO] 102 counties

Well, as it stands right now, we have at least one station in each of the
102 counties that have posted their intentions to operate the 2015 ILQP!

That does not mean all 102 will get activated but at least the plans are for
them to be. Several counties will be activated by only one station, whether
mobile or portable, so if something happens, they may not be able to meet
their goal;, we can still use a lot more fixed station activity. Continue to
spread the word, remind the locals to get on this Sunday.

Thanks to all that have helped with promoting the ILQP again this year,
especially those that are willing to leave their warm shacks to operate from
the mobile or set up and operate Field Day style in a corner in the middle
of nowhere. Now we need the weather and propagation to cooperate.
