[ILQSO] ILQP POST YOUR PLANS!

Hi Jim,

I know I've mentioned this before...but there are more than a fair number
of ops who participate who do not being to this reflector. Perhaps what
your might want to do (or if not the year, next) is do a quick email to add
many of the clubs around the state that your can get ahold of and see if
they can do a quick poll of their members... Might be too much effort for
this year, but that might help?
