[ILQSO] received logs etc

I have sent a list of logs received to NA9Q for posting. This list includes calls, entry class, power claimed, mode and IL club.  Mike will add the information from the mailed logs received so far.

NOTE:  If you did not specify a power level, you are listed as HIGH POWER.   If your Cabrillo file says "MIXED", that's the way you are entered unless I have gone through the log to see you operated only one mode (I have NOT looked at all of  them yet).  If you did not enter a LOCAL CLUB NAME (Society of Midwest Contesters is NOT a local club), your club will not get credit for your score in the compilation.  There are three entrants whose logs need to be resubmitted with the proper "SENT QTH" information and have not done so yet.  These logs cannot be used as they are now.
