[ILQSO] Oklahoma QSO party this weekend

Don't forget that this weekend is spring training for the ILQP-otherwise
known as the Oklahoma QSO party.  It  runs from 8 to 8 on Saturday, and 8
to 2 on Sunday, central time.

I am in Iowa visiting family so won't be handing out Oklahoma counties, but
will be activating counties on 20m Sunday and Monday on my way back to
