[ILQSO] just over 3 weeks

It is just over 3 weeks until we all do out thing. The activity map is as
current as I am aware of. It can be seen at

We have well over half the counties spoke for and have only heard from one
mobile station so far. What we can really sue is for the fixed stations to
speak up with their intentions so we can fill in the map and let the mobile
stations know where they can do the most good.
