At the last minute, I decide to participate inthe QSO party. Since my tower was down for upgrades, I used my TO-GO box, DC battery and Buddipole setupin the backyard at my home QTH. 
  
So was I fixed or portable? 
  
Illinois Fixed Station: Permanent station location, single county. 
Illinois Portable: Not a permanent station location; antennas erected for the purpose of the contest; may be on a county line or corner.
