[ILQSO] solar flare

It appears we had an X class solar flare earlier this AM. Hopefully it does
not wreck propagation for us today!

Currently A index is at 15 (a little high) and K index is 3. If those
numbers go up, we will notice it.

We have to play the cards we are dealt but it may be a bit more of a
challenge.

I am of to church and then to the club station, see you all on the air
later.
