[ILQSO] counties not spoken for

We still have had no one claim a few counties, CARROL, JO DAVIES, KENDALL,
MASON, MENARD and STEPHENSON. WA9AQN has been on from MNRD in years past but
I have not heard if he will be on this year or not. The others appear to be
left hanging so far. If you know anyone hams that live in those counties,
you might remind them of the ILQSO Party and ask them if they cannot get on
for a few hours.
